Payment options
Payment is due when services are rendered. At Pageland Dentistry we offer a number of payment options including: Dental insurance acceptance and filing, Care Credit, Cash, Checks, and most major debit and credit cards.
We accept most dental insurance and are proud to be an “In-Network” provider for Delta Dental Premiere.
We are a participating provider for SC Medicaid for patients under the age of 21 ONLY.
If you are unsure if your insurance is accepted, feel free to give us a call and we will gladly help you determine your insurance coverage.

new patient forms
To serve you quicker we have provided a list of all necessary forms for new patients. Feel free to print, fill, and bring each one with you to the office.
Broken appointment Policy
If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, all future appointments you may have scheduled will be cancelled. We also require 24 hour advanced notice when cancelling an appointment that has been reserved for you. Depending on the nature of the cancellation, any combination of failing to give adequate cancellation notice, to not showing up for 2 appointments in a 12 month time span will result in DISMISSAL from this office.
Please be sure we have all of your correct information on file, such as address, insurance information and phone numbers to assure we have all resources possible in order to contact you about appointments, or any other reason we feel necessary to contact you.
When a call is made to confirm your appointment, and we haven’t spoken with you personally to confirm that appointment, and a message was left, we require a callback from you 24 hours before your appointment or Thursday week before Monday appointments. Otherwise, we are to assume that you are not planning to keep this appointment and we have the right to give your appointment to another patient if needed. if you can’t contact our office during regular business hours, you can leave a message on our voicemail after hours, or anytime of the day.
